When tracking is available for your delivery method, the tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. Check your Spam or Promotions folder if you cannot find the email. Contact us with your order number if you need help.

For eligible EU/EEA consumer purchases, email contact@zentus-workwear.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the products to notify us of withdrawal. Include your order number, name and the products and quantities to return. Products must then be returned within 14 days of your notice. See the return policy for conditions and exceptions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect or damage on arrival. The return and refund policy explains the conditions and which delivery charges can be refunded.

Business purchases have separate return conditions. A return is not automatically accepted under the consumer 14-day withdrawal policy. Contact us before sending products back and read the business-customer terms in the return policy.
