This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on zentus-workwear.com (Zentus Workwear), operated by SC Createur Groupe S.R.L., Romania. Shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment. If there is any difference between this page and the checkout display, the checkout display applies for your order.

1) Shipping areas

We currently ship to Romania, Bulgaria, Austria, Italy, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Poland and France and selected EU countries. Available destinations and shipping methods are shown in checkout.

2) Processing time

  • Order processing: orders are typically prepared on business days. Processing time may vary during peak periods (e.g., holidays, promotions) or when additional verification is required.

  • Order confirmation: in some cases, we may contact you by email or phone to confirm details (e.g., address clarification). An unconfirmed order may delay dispatch.

3) Shipping methods, costs, and thresholds

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery country and order value. All available options for your address are displayed at checkout.

3.1 Romania

  • Standard Delivery — Small Order: orders 0.00 RON–299.00 RON → 50.00 RON
  • Standard Delivery (to address): orders 300.00 RON–599.99 RON → 25.00 RON
  • Free Shipping: orders 600.00 RON and up → Free
  • Express Air Delivery — Top Priority: 100.00 RON (where available)

3.2 Bulgaria

  • Standard Delivery — Small Order: orders €0.00–€59.99 → €10.00
  • Delivery to address: orders €60.00–€119.00 → €6.00
  • Free Shipping: orders €120.00 and up → Free
  • Express Air Delivery — Top Priority: €20.00 (where available)

3.3 Selected EU countries (EUR pricing)

For selected EU countries (e.g., Austria, Croatia, Slovakia and other nearby EU destinations shown at checkout), the following options may apply:

  • Standard Delivery — Small Order: orders €0.00–€59.99 → €16.00
  • Standard Delivery — 7–10 Business Days: orders €60.00–€119.99 → €8.00
  • Free Shipping: orders €120.00 and up → Free
  • Express Air Delivery — Top Priority: €30.00 (where available)

Note: Shipping options and prices can vary by destination and may be updated over time. The final options for your address are always displayed at checkout.

4) Estimated delivery times

  • Romania (domestic): delivery time depends on the carrier and destination area; the estimate is displayed at checkout.
  • EU deliveries (standard): where “Standard Delivery — 7–10 Business Days” is available, the delivery estimate is 7–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Express (air): faster delivery may be available in certain countries; the estimate is displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier constraints, remote areas, weather conditions, holidays, peak periods, or other events outside our control.

5) Tracking (AWB)

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (AWB) when available for the selected method/carrier. If you cannot find the email, please check your Spam/Promotions folder.

6) Address accuracy and delivery attempts 

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate (street, number, building/staircase, apartment, city, postal code, country).
  • If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability at delivery, the carrier may return it to us or require re-delivery. Any additional delivery costs may be charged to the customer, where applicable.

7) Customs, duties, and taxes

For shipments delivered within the EU, orders are generally delivered without import customs duties. If we enable shipping to countries outside the EU/EEA in the future (e.g., UK/CH/NO), import duties/taxes may apply. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

8) Damaged parcels or delivery issues

If you receive a parcel that appears visibly damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and, if possible, include photos of the parcel and the products. This helps us assist you quickly and (where relevant) initiate a claim with the carrier.
