Before placing an order on this website or by contacting us via email or phone, please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, using, or purchasing from zentus-workwear.com, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced here, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy (where applicable), as published on the website.

2) Definitions

  • Website – the domain zentus-workwear.com and all associated pages.
  • Customer – any individual or legal entity placing an order.
  • Consumer – an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
  • Order – an electronic record created when an order is placed on the Website or confirmed by email/phone, expressing the Customer’s intention to buy products.
  • Contract – an Order confirmed by us (e.g., by email confirmation and/or order status), under which we deliver the products and the Customer pays the price.

3) Placing orders and Customer obligations

  • To purchase from our Website, the Customer must provide accurate, current, and complete information (name, phone, email, full address, etc.).
  • The Customer is responsible for the correctness of shipping and billing details. Incomplete or incorrect data may cause delays, extra costs, or failed delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified situations (e.g., inability to confirm the order, incorrect data, suspected fraud/abuse, stock unavailability). Where possible, we will inform the Customer.

4) Prices, availability, and invoicing

  • Prices shown on the Website include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are shown separately at checkout before you finalize the order/payment.
  • Products are sold subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to agree on a solution (replacement, order update, partial cancellation, or full cancellation, as appropriate).
  • Orders are accompanied by an invoice provided electronically (PDF) to the email address you provide.

Note: If local or national rules require additional invoicing formats (e.g., national e-invoicing systems), we may comply where applicable.


5) Payment methods

Available payment methods may vary by country and will be displayed at checkout. Common options may include:

  • Card payments – processed securely by approved payment processors (e.g., NETOPIA Payments and/or Stripe, depending on availability).
  • Cash on delivery (COD) – where available and shown at checkout.
  • Bank transfer – where available, under the instructions displayed on the Website or provided upon request.

We do not store full card details. Card data is processed by the payment processor according to its security standards.


6) Shipping and delivery

  • Order processing and dispatch times may vary depending on workload, product availability, holidays, and carrier schedules.
  • Delivery times shown on the Website or at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
  • In exceptional cases (remote areas, peak seasons, weather, force majeure), delivery may take longer.

Where mandatory consumer law applies (including for EU/EEA consumers), we will deliver within the legally required timeframe.

Damaged parcels

Carrier liability for transport damage is governed by applicable law and carrier terms. If you receive a visibly damaged parcel, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and, if possible, provide relevant photos so we can assist with the claim process.


7) Returns and right of withdrawal

The full rules are available in our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:

  • Consumers (individual customers) have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
  • Return requests must be submitted by email only to contact@zentus-workwear.com.
  • If a bank transfer refund is required, you may be asked to provide the account holder name and IBAN.
  • Returned products must be in very good condition, with original packaging/labels where reasonably possible and all accessories included.
  • For business purchases (B2B), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply; returns may be accepted on a case-by-case commercial basis unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

8) Legal warranty and conformity

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and applicable consumer protection rules. If you believe a product is defective or non-conforming, contact us at contact@zentus-workwear.com and we will assist with the resolution.


9) Intellectual property

All content on the Website (texts, images, graphics, web elements, scripts, databases, and other materials) is the property of SC Createur Groupe S.R.L. and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Product images are for presentation purposes. Colors may vary depending on device settings, and some products may have minor variations between production batches/packaging/design.

11) Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform contractual obligations where such failure is caused by a force majeure event as defined by law (an unforeseeable event beyond the parties’ control that cannot be reasonably avoided).


12) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Where you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

In case of disputes, we will first attempt an amicable resolution. You can contact us for internal, free conciliation at: contact@zentus-workwear.com. If amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts under applicable law.


13) Miscellaneous

  • If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in effect.
  • We may update these Terms and the Website content from time to time. The version applicable is the one displayed on the Website at the time you place the order.
