Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from Zentus Workwear (operated by SC Createur Groupe S.R.L., Romania) for consumer customers in the EU/EEA, unless local mandatory rules provide otherwise.

1) Right of withdrawal (14 days) — consumers (individual customers)

If you are a consumer (individual), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person indicated by you) receive the products, without giving any reason, under EU consumer rules.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email only:

After you send the withdrawal notice, you must return the products within 14 days.

2) How to return products

Returns can be made by courier or in person to:

Ilfov, Romania

Return shipping costs (sending the products back to us) are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item delivered) or a confirmed defect/damage on arrival.

3) Refunds — timing and what is refunded

If you withdraw from the contract, we will process the refund within 14 days from the date we receive the returned products, or earlier if you provide clear proof that the products were sent back.

What we refund

  • the price paid for the returned products; and
  • the initial standard delivery cost, if it was charged and paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery option (e.g., express), we refund only the cost of standard delivery. If free shipping was applied to your order, there is no delivery charge to refund.

What we do not refund

  • return shipping costs (sending items back to us), unless we are responsible for the issue;
  • extra costs for upgraded shipping services (e.g., express delivery), where applicable.

Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. If a bank transfer is needed, we may request your IBAN details.

4) Condition of returned products

Returned items must be in excellent condition, with:

  • no visible signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product,
  • all original components/accessories included,
  • original packaging and labels where reasonably possible.

If an item is handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce the refund accordingly (as permitted by law).

5) How to request a return (email only)

Email contact@zentus-workwear.com and include:

  • order number (or billing details),
  • product(s) and quantity being returned,
  • full name,
  • phone number: +40 758 307 307,
  • IBAN + account holder name (only if required for the refund).

6) Business customers (B2B)

For business purchases (legal entities), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Return requests from business customers may be accepted or refused at our discretion, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

7) Exceptions (when withdrawal does not apply)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legally exempt categories, including (where applicable):

  • custom-made or personalized products,
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery,
  • other categories exempt under applicable consumer law.
